Meet our founder

Hi! I’m Drina Cabral — photographer, storyteller, and founder of Eaternal Zest.
I’ve spent over two decades in Dubai, watching this city transform — and transforming with it. Before that, I grew up in Qatar, surrounded by color, contrast, and the kind of hospitality that lingers long after a meal. Together, these worlds taught me that food isn’t just something you eat — it’s a language. One that I now speak fluently through my lens.

My camera has followed flavor across Saudi Arabia and the GCC — from Riyadh’s refined dining rooms to Jeddah’s seaside kitchens and AlUla’s breathtaking landscapes. I work with chefs, hotels, and creative teams to capture dishes that aren’t just photographed — they’re felt. Every plate tells a story; I simply help it find its light.

I’m endlessly curious, always chasing the next challenge — experimenting with new lighting, angles, and techniques that bring food to life in unexpected ways. For me, food photography isn’t about perfection; it’s about presence — that moment when texture, tone, and taste all align.

”I ensure there is a symphony in my compositions

I make sure there is movement and life in every shot. My magic wand however is my expertise in lighting, and it is what helps me bring out the sixth sense in my images.

My cameras have seen it all, from Michelin awarded restaurants like Milos, Dinner By Heston and Ossiano at the Royal Atlantis to Emirates Airlines, Saudia Airlines to a range of advertising work with clients such as Oreos, Pizza Hut, Goody, Baskin Robins, Carrefour and Burger King to name a few. Adapting to the various styles and parameters is my game.

The long-term relationships with people I meet along the way, chefs, clients, stylists and assistants is what makes this a joy ride. Sprinkled with laughs and good music, each project is built on a commitment to excellence and attention to detail to bring out nothing but the best in every shot.
